We retain contact form submissions for as long as is reasonably necessary to conclude the correspondence and for a limited period afterward for our business records, after which the information is deleted. If a submission leads to an ongoing client relationship, information relevant to that relationship is retained under the terms agreed as part of that relationship, not this policy.

5. Who has access to it

Contact form submissions are received and stored through our website hosting and form-processing provider, and are accessible only to Learnwright personnel who need them to respond to your enquiry. We do not share your information with any other third party unless required by law.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold from loss, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.
